By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Clients must be 18 or older, have a valid government-issued photo ID, and be physically located in the U.S. during the notarization.

• Notary services start at $19.95 for one notarial certificate, which includes one notary stamp and one signer.
   
• Each additional notarial act costs $15.
   
• Each additional signer costs $10.
   
• If a witness is required and provided by our platform, a $12 witness fee applies.
   
• Payment is due on the spot, minutes before the notarization session begins.
   
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, credit/debit cards, and secure payment via our website.
   

• One same-day cancellation is allowed at no charge.
   
• Two or more same-day cancellations within the same month will require a $14.99 cancellation fee before rescheduling.
   
•  Refunds for client-side issues (e.g., invalid ID, poor internet connection, or incomplete and/or forgotten documents) are issued at the Notary’s discretion
   
• If a technical issue occurs on our end, you may request a full refund or reschedule.
   
• If you contact us on the same day with an inquiry or concern about your session, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
   

All concerns must be submitted directly to Brianna Sepulveda, referencing your appointment and the issue.
